- Do you take commissions?
- Can I get one of the items on your site made in gold?
- Are your pieces hallmarked?
- How long will my order take?
- Is there anything you won’t make?
- You haven’t answered my question!
Yes. I offer a free design service, and have worked on everything from memorial jewellery to custom pieces for photoshoots. I particularly enjoy making wedding jewellery. Please click here to send me an email for more information.
Yes, please use the email link above to ask for a quote. All quotation prices are valid for one week, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Yes, in accordance with the Hallmarking Act of 1973, all silver items heavier than 7.78grams, and all gold items over 1gram should be tested at one of the UK’s 4 assay offices, and hallmarked.
I am registered with Goldsmith’s Hall (the London Assay Office), and comply with these regulations.
For more information on hallmarking, please click here.

Depending on demand and turnaround time for hallmarking (I’m busier around Christmas and Valentine’s day), I ask 28 days for made-to-order items from the site. I am always happy to give you a more exact time frame, if you email me prior to ordering. Please click here to do so.
I won’t copy another designer’s work. Half the enjoyment of what I do comes from finding a unique design that is meaningful for the wearer. I don’t expect customers to have design skills, or even more than a vague idea of what they want. It’s my job to turn your ideas into something tangible, and desirable.
So, that aside, I aim to please! If there is something that is not suited to my style, or I am unable to help (it’s rare, but occassionally happens) I’ll do my best to point you in the direction of someone who can.
Please drop me an email, or message me via the Facebook page, if there is something not covered here, or in the other information pages. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks!
Lydia

i’d like a silver band making that leaves an impression in the skin of the finger- ‘forever’. Could this be made and what kind of figures are we talking?
Regards,
Sean
Hi Sean,
Do you mean a ring that will leave the word ‘forever’ imprinted on your finger when you take it off?
Can you drop me an email to lydia@niziblian.com and will work it out with you,
Thanks
Lydia
